I am DOING Confused
That’s right I am DOING Confused… I am not confused, but doing it. I have spent the better part of 30 years researching why people do what they do. For that matter, why I do what I do, to only learn it is to fill a need. It is really that easy. We all DO things to fill a need and to return to the familiar. None of us are alone in this since everyone does it. Some do it to the point of destruction and others do it the point of fulfillment. Which are you?
I have had the pleasure of working with unbelievable women over the past few years that are successful in some areas but not with themselves. I was one of those women. On the outside you saw a very successful, self assured individual and on the inside I felt like a fraud. I never felt good enough, smart enough, pretty enough or successful enough. Never enough!!! So I would return to the familiar and DO things to feel bad for myself. It didn’t matter how great things were going I found a way to sabotage it and turn my attention to what was wrong versus what was right. Did you know their is an army of us out there? The sad part is we are not just an army in volume but in sheer bruit force that repeatedly hurt ourselves before anyone else ever has a chance. It has to STOP!!! I need YOUR HELP! It starts you YOU!
The next time you hear a friend say something negative about themselves, stop them! That person may be you. Ask “What’s great about you?” You may need to help them with the answer since this isn’t part of their normal behavior. They can give you a list of what’s wrong, but very few can give you a list of what’s right. You may also ask “What are you grateful for?” For some this too may be difficult but you can help them with the obvious, they have two hands, two feet can walk and talk. There are millions that can’t.
Let’s create a RAVING FAN club for our FAB (Fabulous, Awesome, Beautiful) Women out there and stop the hatred that is prevalent mostly within ourselves. Breakthrough whatever is weighing you down because it is causing stress, illness, cancer and we can change it all one person at a time.
Join the movement to help empower women reclaim their peace and power now. You are already F.A.B.! Tell yourself and tell a friend!
